Transition Services

People with disabilities are still struggling with the right to live and work in the community. Civil rights, the ADA, and the Olmstead decision are often in contrast to the services that are offered only in facilities. Home and community alternatives to expensive institutions are an option in state programs while nursing home care is a requirement.

Disability Connection Midsouth is dedicated to working with people to move from costly institutions and live independently in the community.
